My professional journey includes working with notable organizations such as Peraton, where I contributed to the redesign of the CDC.gov website, improving accessibility and usability for over 2.3 million users. I have a proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, conducting comprehensive research studies, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
I bring expertise in a wide range of research methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, and tree testing, with proficiency in tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, and Qualtrics.
